issue with blackberry torch

I tried connecting the BB torch on windows 7 64 bits
everythingworks and even detects provider but the at commands do not work. i tried the diagnostic tool and they all come back as no
what can i do?
Is there a specific model that will work

We don't have any blackberry phone to test with. There is no much information available on this.

Could you send us the log file for us to have a look?
