MessagingToolkit includes a bulk sms utilities with source code that you use straight away for further customize to suite your need.
There is also an open source SMS gateway called SmartGateway that you can use or further customize.
Once your purchase the library at USD88, support will be provided through email/forum.

i have installed the smartgateway but i see on the forum you do not support phones and i have to get gsm modemsis that correcti will purchase the library once i know for sure what i will or willnot be able to do i want multiple phones or modemsenable to dedicate one channel per user or groupof usersspan all channels to send the smsdelete the sms from the phones so doesnt run out of memoryfoward sms received to email and vice versa Please let me know

Hi,
The library supports both phones and gsm modem.
For phones, you have to test using the provided utilities to see what features it supports. The library uses AT commands and different phone manufacturers have different standards on this. E.g. on Nokia phone running Symbian OS, normally it is able to send out SMS, but receiving may be an issue.
