Does Messaging ToolKit works with CDMA as well?

I am using follwing congfiguration Modem Huwaei Model EC1260-2 Manufacture +GMI: HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD.
And using local CDMA service provider I try to send recieve SMS. I get sucees in Connecting with USb Modem but unable to send recieve sms. although it works fine with FIRMWARE. Tell me does MessagingToolKit dll work with CDMA as well? Log of my activity is attached.

From the log file, the modem does not support PDU mode

Such, the toolkit will not work with this modem.
