messagingtoolkit is using GSM AT commands. As such, those handsets or modems supported by the open source or commercial products mentioned should be supported by messagingtoolkit as well.
Nokia phones running under Symbian OS are known not to support AT command, or need Nokia Data Suite to be installed. In future release of messagingtoolkit, message sending is enabled by installing an agent in the handsets.
