PDU-Spy can decode my concatenated PDU but the .net sms library cannot

I am able to decode a concatenated PDU with the PDU-Spy tool and partially with the on-line PDU encoder/decoder.
However, the smslib1.0.5 fails to decode the same PDU, i only get bad chars:
