Trying to create a code128 barcode using the string "SWA-001" and it is returning the following error: "Could not insert start and code characters. Message: Could not determine start character."
When I try code128A or B, I get an index out of bounds error.

I tried this in another generator and it worked fine, but I wanted to use your library...
