Another solid remote access solution is Techinline (http://www.techinline.com) It offers probably the easiest process for connecting to the remote machine, and the price is very reasonable. I've recently signed up for a monthly subscription and am impressed so far. Although it lacks a few features that LogMeIn or Webex have, it's enough for me to connect to my clients.

Hi,
Just wanted to let you know of a tool that you may be interested in for your list: Mikogo http://www.mikogo.com
Mikogo is a free desktop sharing and remote support tool. You can connect to a friend's computer via screen sharing, and with explicit consent, you can take remote keyboard/mouse control. Fast, effective, easy-to-use remote support.
Also, as Mikogo allows you to invite up to 10 people to view your screen in real time. Ideal for free online meetings, wep presenations, and group collaboration.
Take a look at our site, and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Regards,

Andrew
