Jupiter: Code Review Plug-In for Eclipse

In my opinion, this is a must have plug-in if your project team is more than 3 persons and your team is using Eclipse as the IDE.
Jupiter is a code review plug-in tool for the Eclipse IDE. Jupiter easily plugs into Eclipse and allows for its users to facilitate code reviews on existing code.
